This scheme is made to provide at least one women borrower and one scheduled tribe or scheduled caste borrower per bank branch for setting up a greenfield business.

This loan is available only for green field projects, the first time business of the beneficiary in the service or manufacturing or trading sector. In case of non-individual enterprises, 51% of the controlling stake and shareholding should be by either women or SC/ST. And the age of the beneficiary should be 18 years.
